maryp02After a short photo call with photographer Brendan from “Hot Shots” it was off to the church where Fr.Carey married the pair. With the sun beaming down it was off to “Butler House” in Kilkenny city for photographs and then just around the corner to the “Kilkenny Ormand” hotel for the reception.

At about 9.30pm we had the first dance where upon the band treated us to a range of music that included the “Galway and The Seige of Ennis”. I left at about 11pm and I heard the band left at about 4am that morning! A great night.

nlnpic01Roger and Noeleen were married on the 31st of August at the “Good Shepherd” church in Churchtown.

nlnpic02Our day started off in the brides house which was packed with the bridal party and guests getting ready. The ladies presented well as can be see in the highlights. The bride (Noeleen) was beaming.

nlnpic03nlnpic04Off to the church where just over 120 guests witnessed the ceremony. Our reception was held in the “Summerhill house” hotel in Enniskerry. It may have been raining outside but with the turf fire burning inside this really had the “Cosy” country feel. After the meal and speeches we danced and I do mean “Danced” the madness sets to our band “Hard to Touch”.
All in all a great country wedding.
Best of luck to Noeleen and Roger.
