Derek and Lorraine

lorrainepic1Derek and Lorriane were married in the Church of the Assumption in Walkinstown on the 26th of June 2010.

lorrainepic2I arrived at number 133 at approx 11.30am. It was all go as hair and make-up were well under way.

lorrainepic3The bridesmaids looked great and Lorraine was beaming!.
lorrainepic4At 12.45 we were on our way around the corner to the church. Over 130 guest were waiting in the bright sunshine.

Derek and the guys were already at the alter when the girls arrived. Fr.Healy was on hand to preform the ceremony.

lorrainepic5After a very nice mass we were out of the church and on our way to the popular “Hamlet Court” hotel in Enfield.

lorrainepic6John O’Nieil and Mo were on hand to meet the bridal party. These guys know service the old fashioned way.

lorrainepic7After a sumptuous meal we settled down to some old fashioned rock n roll with our band for the night.

bernadettepic1Anthony and Bernadette were married in St.Patricks church in Skerries on the 25th of June 2010.

It was a bright sunny morning when I arrived at 5 Sherlock Park.

bernadettepic2The sun was shining and so were the ladies. Dad looked good to. As can be seen in the video clip this was a “Fashion Parade”. Well done girls.

bernadettepic3then to the church where Anthony and the guys were waiting with over 150 guests.

bernadettepic4Fr.Thighiona was on hand to preform the ceremony and at just after 2.15pm the new Mr and Mrs McGuinness exited from the church.

bernadettepic5After a quick photo shoot at Trim castle under the guidance of our photographer ‘Eric Rohan” (one of the most professional photographers I have had the pleasure to work with) it was off to Trim Castle hotel for the reception.

bernadettepic6Our Master of ceremony’s, Ger McGuinness, presided over the speeches and handled himself with great gusto!. Well done Ger.

At 10 bells our entertainment for the evening “The Great escape’ struck the first note. I believe it was a little after 3am when they struck the last note!.
A great day and night was had by all.

Geoff and Faith

faithpic1Geoff and Faith were married in St.Bridgids church in Kill on the 19th of June 2010.

When I arrived at the grooms house I thought I had just walked onto the set of “Braveheart”.

The guys looked great, complete with daggers. Mum was doing her best to organise things and did a great job, well done Mum.

faithpic2Off then to the brides house where a gentle calm was decending on the house where Faith and the girls were already sorted for the church.

faithpic3At just after 1.30pm we made off for the church were Fr.O’Byrne was waiting to greet the guests.

faithpic4After a nice ceremony and a short photo shoot in the church gardens it was off to the Very opulent “Osprey Hotel” in Naas.

faithpic5At just after 6.30pm our master of ceremonys, Jonathon Dunne, led us through a series of well scripted speeches. Well done Jonathon.

Our entertainment for the evening began at 10pm and reports are they are still playing.

William and Milena

milenapic1William and Milena were married on Saturday the 12th of June 2010.

Our day started at the brides house where all were busy getting hair and make ready.

milenapic2Style was the order of the day in this house.

At approx 12.45 the bridal party made their way just around the corner to Rathfarnham church where William and the guests were waiting.

milenapic3At just after 2pm the new Mr and Mrs Byrne left the church and set off for the majestic Radisson hotel.

milenapic4Ger and her staff were on hand to greet the couple and after a very enjoyable Photo session in the gardens with our very professional photographer Trevor we retired to the library for dinner.

milenapic5Our master of ceremonies Danial, precided over the speeches with steady calm and delivered a polished piece himself.

Our entertainment for the evening was the very popular “Johnnie B Goode”.

Eammond and Clodagh

clodaghpic1Eammond and Clodagh Drummond were married in St.Sylvesters church , Malahide on the 5th of June 2010.

When I arrived at 3 Knockdara I was greeted by a flurry of activity and the bridal party preparing themselves.

clodaghpic2Hair and make up were already done. Just the dresses to put on. At 3.45pm all ready and looking great.

We arrived at the church at 3.50pm where Eammond and the guys were waiting.

clodaghpic3Fr.Paul Thornton was on hand to meet the couple and after a nice ceremony at 5pm the new Mr and Mrs Drummond exited the church.

Off then to the 5 star ‘Shelbourne Hotel” in Dublin for our reception where the managment and staff were at the door with a very warm welcome.

clodaghpic4Our bestman ,Gary, precided over the speeches and at 10.15pm our band for the evening “Gerry Brown” struck up the first note and we danced the night away.

Paul and Courtney

courtneypic1Paul and Courtney Gernon were married in the University church in St.Stephens Green, Dublin on the 4th of June 2010.

When I arrived at the Shelbourne Hotel, both Bride, bridesmaids and mums were almost ready. Hair and make up done and looking a million dollars!

courtneypic2At just after 3.45pm we left the hotel to make the short journey across the green to the church.

courtneypic3Waiting there were our guests and Paul and the guys looking spiffing!

courtneypic4After a lovely ceremony and some excellent singing we left the church and skipped across the road to St.Stephens Green for photos.

courtneypic5Our photographer on the day, “Micheal Finn”, conducted the session with great professionalism.

courtneypic6At just after 5.30pm we entered the Shelbourne hotel to a great welcome from the staff and managment and after a wonderfull meal we were treated to some entertaining speeches.

Patrick and Pamela

pampatpic1Patrick and Pamela Heenan were married on Saturday the 5th of June at St.Marys Priory in Tallaght village.

When I arrived at number 4 Elmcastle Park, I was greeted by what can only be described as a parade of Style and elegance.

Pamela, the two Jennifers, Sarah and mum looked fantastic. Well done the girls.

pampatpic2At approx 2pm the bridal party arrived at the church where Fr.Gerard Dunne was on hand to greet them.

After a sometimes emotional and happy ceremony the couple left the church as Mr ans Mrs Heenan.

pampatpic3We then headed off down the country to the “Killerig Hotel and golf Resort” in Carlow.

When we arrived over 140 guests were there to welcome the couple.

After a short photo session with the every popular “Brian Ryan” we were called for dinner.

pampatpic4Our master of ceremonys Stephen began the speeches and though also emontional there we handled with great care and attention by Steve.

pampatpic5Our entertainment for the evening were the red hot “Santoria” fronted by lead singer Lynsey. A great band, watch out for then soon on X Factor.

Niall and Sharon

sharnipic1Niall and Sharon Geoghegan were married on the 4th of June 2010 in the little church of St.Josephs in Valleymount.

The day began at Balfe’s farm where Sharon and the girls, Carol and Claire were busy with hair and make up. Not that they needed any, these lady’s looked fantastic!.

sharnipic2After some twirls and spins in the garden (see video ) it was off to the church at just after 12.30 where Niall, John and James were waiting.

Fr.Teddy Downes was on hand to welcome the bridal party and at 1pm the ceremony started.

At approx 2pm the new Mr and Mrs Geoghegan exited the building. Then just a short hop down to the lake side for some photos with our very entertaining photographer, Nigel Gillis.

sharnipic3At 3.30pm we entered the grounds of “The Clanard Court Hotel” where our guests were soaking up the “punch!.

The reception kicked off at 6.30 and Bestman John Geoghegan, our master of ceremonys, handled the proceedings with gusto.

Our entertainment for the night was provided by “After Dark” who rocked the night away till the wee hours.

David and Yvonne

davvypic1David and Yvonne Roach were married on the 28th of May in St. Brendans church in Coolock.

I arrived at 76 Clonshaugh at 11.30am just as the bridal party were finishing off the hair and make up. All looked great.

At approx 12.30pm we were in the back garden and doing a twirl!. (see video).

davvypic2Just a short hop around the corner in the church where David and the lads were waiting.

At 1.pm the bridal party entered the church and Fr.Mark was there to welcome them.

After a wonderfull ceremony we released two doves outside the church and then headed off to the Carrickdale Hotel in Dundalk.

davvypic3After some interesting shots in the gardens (again see video) we entered the ballroom at 6pm to enjoy a fine country meal.

Our master of ceremonies, Liam, conducted order as the speakers delivered their pieces.

After some Karaoke we were then treated to some real irish dancing by the very popular Celtic Rhytme.

davvypic4All in all a great day was had by all.

Colin and Mairead

colmaipic1Colin and Mairead Wallace were married in the church of the Immaculate Conception in Glin on Saturday the 29th of May.

When I called to the Horans farm that morning, Mairead and the girls were just finishing off the hair and make up and looking fantastic. Just the champaige to open and it was off to the church in Glin.

colmaipic2Colin and the boys had arrived early and at just after 2pm Fr. Cranford welcomed the bridal party into the church.

At just after 4.15pm the new Mr and Mrs Wallace exited the church and made tracks to the Listowel arms hotel.

colmaipic4Over 250 guests sat for dinner and at 7pm our master of ceremonys, Thomas Horan rose to his feet and began the speeches.

Sometimes emotional and sometimes cheefull, well done Thomas.

colmaipic5At approx 10pm the Band, Midnight Sounds struck the first note.
I belive they are still playing.
