Thomas and Jenna Lowndes were married at St Colmcilles church in Swords on the 9th of March 2012.
It was a bright and mild spring day when I arrived at number 63 Cianlea.
The sun was hiding behind the clouds outside but the bridal party were beaming inside the house.
Hair and make up nearly done just the twirl and it was of to the church.
The lads had arrived early and steadying themselves after spending a few minutes in the Star having some orange and crisps!. It was Neill’s round! (Private Joke).
At a little after 1pm the girls arrived an at 1.05pm they marched down the aisle.
Fr.Des Doyle was on hand to marry the pair and at just after 2.30pm the new Mr. and Mrs. Lowndes exited the church and headed for the magnificent Knightsbrook hotel for the reception.
After a hearty meal our bestman, Jason Behan, rose to his feet and guided us through the sometimes emotional and sometimes jolly speeches. Well done Jason.
At 9.30pm on the dot our band struck the first note and rocked us till the wee hours.

Auntie Clare and Uncle John(ie Mam and dad)were so sorry they couldn’t be there for your special day.
